VBOX Pit Lane Timer recognizing the preset pit lane entry point as it is crossed, displays the velocity until the car comes to a stop and then counts down to zero to indicate when it is time to get out again. In addition the HIGH BRIGHTNESS COLOUR LEDs change color and intensity, giving the driver an indication as to whether the pitlane exit will be reached too early, too late, or exactly right.
The timer logs stint and pit lane times to SD card.

The OLED Display has the option to show font as a high contrast outline or inverse screen colours for use in different light conditions.
VBOX LapTimer has different display modes which can be accessed using the UP and DOWN buttons on the front panel. The data on each screen is calculated at all times, even if it is not displayed.
Stint Time
When you are out on the track, the Pit Lane Timer will show your time from pit stop to pit stop.
Countdown Time
When you come to a stop in your pit box, the Pit Lane Timer then displays a countdown to when you should leave your pit box.
When it is time to leave the pit box, the LEDs light up Green for go.
When in 'Entrance to Exit Timing Mode' ('Stationary in Pit Timing Mode' is also available) as you drive towards the pit exit, the display will show the predicted amount you will be over or under the regulated minimum pit stop time. If you are going to go under the minimum time, the LEDs will light up red, and the Pit Lane Timer will sound a continuous beep to let you know you need to slow down. The time displayed (-1.1s) is how much you will be under the minimum time if you carry on at this speed.
If you are more than 1.5s over the minimum time, the LEDs will light up Green to say it is safe to go faster (if still within pit lane speed limit).
You have the option to add a secondary display to the VBOX Pit Lane Timer which mirrors the stationary countdown time and makes this information easily available to the pit crew and driver.
The OLED Pit Display (RLVBPITDSP) will keep the team informed of how much time they have left in the pit lane and exactly when to release the car with minimal time loss.
VBOX Pit Lane Timer requires firmware version 1.1.22 or later to use an OLED Pit Display and a standard OLED display cannot be used instead of an OLED Pit Display.
